A restaurant lifer, Jon started bussing tables right out of high school.
Mentored by well-respected local chefs and restaurant owners, Jon joins us with over 16 years of professional experience, and serves as resident sushi instructor across our family of restaurants.
Here he has cultivated the reputation for fostering a great team spirit within his sushi crew — the atmosphere at the sushi bar is fun — and guests return repeatedly to watch the team in their groove, ultimately earning the restaurant a reputation as one of the best sushi menus in the area.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing golf, making fishing rods, and fishing — including catching the fresh mullet that was used during the latest team trip to dinner at the famed James Beard House in New York.
